Week 1–2

Discovery & gap-fit

Process walkthrough per entity and per module against how AgenticERP works out of the box. Output is a written gap list with a decision on each line: configure, customise, or change the process.

Process owners for two to three sessions each, plus sight of your current chart of accounts and approval matrix.

STAGE 02
Week 2–5

Data migration

Masters cleansed and loaded, opening balances and open transactions carried across, then reconciled line by line to your last audited figures.

Your side

Finance sign-off on the reconciliation, and a decision on how much transaction history moves.

STAGE 03
Week 3–8

Configuration

Entities, books, dimensions, workflows, approval matrix, document templates, dashboards, and agent autonomy limits per function and value band.

Approval rules and thresholds confirmed by the people who hold the authority.

STAGE 04
Week 8–11

UAT & parallel run

Your team tests with real volume against a pass/fail script per module. One full month is run in parallel with the existing system and the two closes compared.

Go-live

Cut-over on a period boundary. Users trained by role, permissions live, agents enabled in suggest-only mode so nothing posts without a person.

Data migration, done so the auditors accept it

Migration is where ERP projects fail in the UAE, usually because history was moved without being proven. We migrate masters, opening balances and open transactions first, reconcile them line by line to your last audited figures, then agree how much history moves.

+Customer, supplier, item, asset and employee masters cleaned before load, with duplicates merged on your sign-off
+Trial balance, AR and AP ageing, stock valuation and WIP reconciled to the last audited period
+Open POs, sales orders, projects, contracts and payroll balances carried with their approval state
