Is the licence really perpetual?

Yes. You keep running the software indefinitely and you own the source code. Support and updates are an optional annual maintenance contract.

What does the AMC cover?

Support hours, product updates, agent tuning and optional managed hosting. It is optional and priced separately from the licence.

What happens to cost when we add users?

Nothing. Users are unlimited, so headcount growth, new branches and seasonal staff do not change the licence.
